Foundation law

In the field of foundation law we support our Clients through:

  • assisting them in establishing and operating foundation, starting with defining its purpose, target group and drafting its statute, through registration process, evaluation of possible economic activity up to general reporting;
  • drafting full documentation required for foundation registration, i.e. rules and regulations and statement on establishment of the foundation;
  • drafting and lodging in official requests to: National Court Register, Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Central Statistics Office, tax office;
  • provision of day-to-day support to the foundation with relation to its functioning, reporting and conducted economic activity.
